    • The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. The room small and noisy as we were horrified to be woken by the water washing against the window like a washing machine and we thought we were sinking.

    • We missed the embarkation due to no direction plans from seascanner and were misinformed by the tourist bureau but the fantastic response from Nicko staff made our transition to the Maxima a pleasure.

    • Seascanner gave insufficient information of the location of the Maxima without a map of where the ship was docked and when we rang to confirm its location in Passau, the man was unfriendly and unhelpful. The tourist bureau should also be better informed so as not to misdirect anyone.
