You will be picked up at your front door by a taxi, which will take you to the bus. The bus will then transport you to Passau. Included in the bus trip is a lunch snack with a free drink (except for guests from southern Bavaria, where the transfer is without lunch). Arrival at the cruise ship is on the same day.
Please note that, depending on the route and embarkation location, more than one transfers may be required and depending on the number of participants the transfer may also take place by minibus.

The Seascanner Rail & Cruise ticket is valid on DB (Deutsche Bahn) routes from all German train stations on all scheduled regular trains (including ICE, IC and EC) and includes a free seat reservation, as well as the City Ticket. Unfortunately, a BahnCard discount cannot be granted. Children (up to and including 14 years) travel free of charge when accompanied by their parents/grandparents. For journeys over 100 km, the Seascanner Rail & Cruise ticket can also be used on the day before the ship's departure and on the day after the ship's arrival.
- Seascanner Rail & Cruise SAVER: Save on your ticket price - The Seascanner Rail & Cruise SAVER is subject to a train connection after selecting the desired connection (does not apply to local trains; however, the journey must be completed by 10:00 AM on the following day). Rebooking/cancellation is not possible.
- Seascanner Rail & Cruise FLEX: Benefit from more flexibility - with Seascanner Rail & Cruise FLEX, you select the connection you want, but are then flexible in the use of the trains (provided you keep the selected route and class). Rebooking/cancellation is possible on request.

- Information regarding the parking lot: Provision of a fenced and guarded parking lot near the port including transfer from the parking lot to the ship and back. Payment on arrival at the parking lot on site in cash or with EC or credit card. Car acceptance usually between 12:00 noon and 3:00 PM; latest car acceptance for the parking garage is 90 minutes before embarkation.
- Pricing: Price per vehicle for the entire duration of the cruise including transfers. Surcharge for E-parking space is 30 € per vehicle. Motorhome surcharge 40 € per vehicle (only outdoor parking), pricing for motorhomes with a length of more than 8.50 meters on request.
- Cancellation fees: Cancellation free of charge up to 24 hours before departure, from 24 hours before departure 50 % service fee. In case of no-show or no cancellation 100 % of the parking lot price.
